Customer service does not deserve even one star.
The package has not been delivered, probably got lost. Any attempt of contacting the customer service finished with their answer to wait 2 more weeks and that they consider complaint resolved. No way to force them to even start an investigation on what has happened to the lost parcel. Not mentioning about possibility to get refund.
And their answers are so inappropriate and irrelevant that they make customer feeling taken for granted and ignored.
STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
