Was diagnosed with cancer and needed a hat to protect me from the sun. Ordered a suitable hat which lightinthebox said was delivered. When I said I hadn’t received it they sent a email to say there was a delay but would arrive within a couple of weeks. Three months later I am still waiting. I asked for a full refund but they are not willing to refund me. I can understand that things go wrong but this company has lied and has shown no interest or offered any form of customer service. Company to stay away from. My advice, think twice before placing an order.
