I have ordered 3 dresses, the delivery was a little long but nothing compared to the disappointment when I started to look at the dresses. All of them were made of very poor quality fabric, one had a broken zip, another one which was supposed to have a long tulle skirt had the inner skirt so short that it didn't even cover my underwear. The colours of one of the dresses weren't even shown on the website. I have contacted the customer service to return the items, and they are making things so difficult requesting pictures and descriptions and all the kinds of questions that make me feel ashamed because they are assuming that my body size is not correct asking me to check my dimensions and send them to them in pictures!!!! This has never happened to me before on any other website I have used. We should be free to buy a dress, try it and if it doesn't fit, just be able to return without all this harassment.
