I am happy with the quality of products ordered but I am dissatisfied with the lack of advice given about items which you claim cannot be returned. Customers should be given more visible advice if this is the case. I am still waiting to here if I am getting a refund for items which do not fit. Access to direct customer care would be much appreciated. Please can I be emailed a prompt response and course of action.
