The whole experience has been easy to follow. This is my 3rd purchase from the company. My last one had a hiccup where a product didn't arrive but Lightinthebox dealt with that and simply sent a replacement. This can happen with any home delivery site so I wasn't particularly worried. I was impressed with how they dealt with the issue, there was no fuss and always answered my emails in good time. The products are excellent quality and great value for money.
