have ordered on many occasions from light in the box and generally been very satisfied with the quality, but my last order of 5 cardigans of a certain size was to say the least very disappointing, of the 5 XL it seemed 3 of them was wrongly sized and should of been MEDIUM at least, luckily i was able to pass them on rather than go through the process of a lengthy returns issue, but this would not put me off using this company in the future as like said overall my experience of using this company has been very satisfactory and would recommend the service and quality.
