I recently purchased 3 items from Light in the box. Two of the items were GREAT, one of the items was damaged. I wrote to Light in the box attaching a couple of images to explain the damage. I received a message saying they would gladly replace the item as they could clearly see the image on the long sleeved t-shirt wasn't right.
Happy with their offer of a replacement. Awaiting New Delivery to arrive
