Oh, don’t get me started. It started with a beautiful website/ads, beautiful pictures of dresses, and I needed a dress for my brother’s wedding. Prices were low enough, and I said, better to have something in hand, and made an order. A few hours after the order, I have realized the shipping will never be in time for the event, so I asked to cancel my few hours old order. It wasn’t clear how it’s done - I have written “contact us” and asked to cancel, and only in 2nd attempt found a cancellation option, so I have stated there too I want to cancel. I was not sure where they are shipping from: it appeared to be a nice website and app, but once you need something from them, they do not exist. They are listed in China, in the UK and in the USA, and I was not sure where does their costumer service sits, but I assumed that they make the clothes in China. So from that perspective, my order and the quick cancellation that followed were in the Chinese New Year. I knew no one is actually working on these dates, and no one had actually received my invite. It was a loooong back-and-forth game. At the beginning, I didn’t know if my cancellation request was received: my order had disappeared from “my orders”, but the billing was well stated on the following payment of my credit card. I have called my VISA and told them I can’t find the company, they won’t reply. The internet does not mention anything about a real company, and the invitation does not exist anymore, so what about the payment. The VISA guy told me that if they had cancelled it, it should take me 2 weeks to see (I preferred it won’t be redacted from my account at the first place, because there is no dress coming in the mail). So at last the service reacted, and it was an agony, 2-3 weeks of writing back and forth (“CANCEL MY ORDER PLEASE!!” -“what? We didn’t hear you. Did you mean cancel? We are waiting for your final decision”. -“YES, CANCEL PLEASE!” -“what? We didn’t hear you, did you mean to cancel? We are waiting for your final decision”. So they were procrastinating for 2-3 weeks like that, and at the end said “I could get a voucher for future purchases”. I will NEVER turn to this website again. EVER. It has a nice front, but no one to vouch for your money or to give you service behind it. They just stole my money as far as I am concerned. Never seen anything from them, just an exceptionally bad, bad (it’s not even a service). It also teaches not to buy from “websites” that are not well known in service, delivery and quality of products, because when you need them, they are not there. Only after that have I discovered how many bad reviews they have - including from people that DID receive something from them. Apparently they have the worst service in the world. And they have stole my money.
