Absolutely DISGUSTING. I ordered something for my puppy two months ago. It never arrived and every time I send a 'not arrived, please refund' message I get a 'contact your post office or carrier' message. They take NO RESPONSIBILITY in ensuring you get what you ordered. Goodbye $40.
