I placed three orders with this company in March 2020. I paid extra freight, and the product was advertised as “in stock“ with a 5 to 10 day delivery. Despite frequent emails requesting delivery times and updates on this product, customer service continued to give me a run around saying that the product was shipped. I made numerous requests personally contact someone to discuss this problem. All were ignored. This company has a gross lack of service, as well as performance. I highly recommend another organization. After I placed my order, I noticed that this was a common problem, Had I known previous to a place of my order I would’ve gone elsewhere. I will in the future.
