I'm pretty sure that this companies method of operation is to choose to not send out your item(s) until you have complained about their lateness at least three times. If you run out of patience, they keep your money and their product.
The way that I found to get my merchandise was to finally go to my credit card company and tell them I was disputing the charge because the company never sent the product. Literally two days later, the item was in the mail, and it arrived three days after that. So when you take away their income, they finally fulfill their obligation. Plan to do that if you buy from them.
