My PPE never arrived. Lots of correspondence with company saying, “be patient” and “your order is on its way.”
After a month, I contacted a supervisor. I was informed the merchandise was being returned to their warehouse, but they could reship. I have requested a refund and will be contacting my credit card company as I have no faith they will refund as instructed.
