Do not believe anything on their website. The processing time inaccurate as is their shipping times. A month and a half after the promised shipping date and still no package so I tried to cancel it and they refused even though they had 100% guarantee. All of my customer service emails to them were returned with an auto generated message saying resolve.
I finally had to put a dispute through with PayPal and ended up getting my money back. But if I have used a credit card I probably would’ve been screwed. I ended up ordering almost the same items on Amazon. Had them within 2 weeks from the order date.
