Ordered on march 3rd and its now may 5th. Parcel keeps been returned to dispatch centre for failing security checks with Chinese post.
Fabio their bot response AI offered refund but then withdrew it because it was stuck in dispatch.
Easily the worst company I have ever bought off. A terrible level of customer service. Avoid and spread the word to save others heartache.
