Took a payment from me but said I didn't put the order through? placed another order however took ages for them to actually confirm the first one would be refunded. They sent me tracking over a week ago and said it can take yo to 11 days for delivery. I understand with everything at the minute there can be delays however my tracking had not been recognized on the site and am struggling to get a reply. Really disappointed
