Faulty products and appalling customer service. I paid £43.26 for expedited delivery and insurance of a shower faucet and basin tap. I expected some delay due to the pandemic but after a month of no acknowledgement of my order I was told it was out of stock. It arrived about 6 weeks later and I had to pay £81 Duty charge-this was not communicated. The tap is faulty and drips so had to be removed. The customer services take ages to respond and now have said they’ve credited me with £37.18 to spend on the site! I will never shop there again! I want a full refund and apology for the appalling service. DDO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!
