The worse online shopping experience ever.
I have ordered an item 3 weeks ago, in the checkout I have paid £5.74 for 5 working days delivery. I received the confirmation email. But still has not received the item. Also in my account shows My Order section is empty!
I have emailed to the costumer service but they haven't responded yet 🤔
