A month of frustration with a simple order. No help from their website or customer service. To summarise a long saga: 1. Order an item worth £13 or so 2. Cancel almost immediately, within 24 hours. 3. Three weeks later - order arrives - I immediately return to sender ( the courier in UK). 4. Told that I couldn't have a refund unless I accepted the delivery online. 5. So they send another one! 6. When I go to the website I can't return it as 'you have no orders'.
