No way to return/contact.
Ordered an item which, when received, was unsuitable. Found that although the item was sent from within the UK, the address provided for returns was in China. The website said that to arrange a return, customers must log into their account, select item and request a return receipt. Logging into my account, which now comes up in Spanish, it shows no orders. Scoured website for email address for customer services. The only means of contact is one email address to be used only for businesses. With no other means of contact, I sent an email. This was replied to with me being told this was not the email address for customers and advised only to click on a link leading to a form to 'submit a ticket' to customer services. Clicking on the link, the page is in Spanish. Clicking on the link within this page takes me to another Spanish language page with no further links. The company clearly do not make returns easy. Or in my case, possible.
