TERRIBLE costumer service. After an unacceptable delay in processing my item prior to shipping my items arrive too late to given as presents, I sent the items back to the seller. It took four emails saying the same thing to get them to understand I had returned the items and wanted a refund. After they finally understood the items were on their way back they stopped the message chain and i was forced to start a new chain which they completely ignored. i was forced to go through Paypal to get them top communicate with me.
