Light in the box is a total rip off for customer service. I purchased a projector that works with cell phone for my granddaughters birthday. It would not work with her cell phone or any others in the household. The first time I contacted customer service they told me to take pictures of the problem. ??? How do you take pictures of something like that? Then I contacted them another 3 times in a two week period and finally received a response two weeks later telling me to return the product to China. (at my expense). Or I can sell it, give it to someone else or except a 30% refund. I WILL NEVER AGAIN PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW THAT THEY WILL HAVE PROBLEMS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE.
