Terrible quality and no refunds/exchanges
Ordered a dress which took 19 days to be delivered. It was shipped from China. The quality of the fabric was terrible and nothing like the photos advertised.
When ordering it was not clear that the item was "made to order" and therefore subject to a different return policy which is not mentioned on the listing. I had ordered a standard size. Their customer service team have been of no help, and refuse to refund or exchange the order. Will never shop here again.
