Im in australia and i have ordered 7 light fittings. After receiving, my electrician mentioned that they are not compliant to Australian safety standards and can not be installed. From then i have raised multiple tickets and have been waiting for about three months. Everytime i ask, they tell they will respond in 1 business day but it has been 3 months now yet they neither provided australian safety certificate nor initiated refund..
Hopeless customer service. It feels like it is an online scam or dumping cheap products.
