I ordered a shirt for my dog and few days later got the e-mail that my package is sent from their warehouse. But later, when i checked the status of my order on my account it was written -‘ pending, payment not finished’ . I have the receipt from paypal so it’s definitely payed.
I asked them to clarify this for me but I haven’t received any feedback from their customer service yet.
