I have tried to return items 3 times. First they said I need to take a picture so I did but it would Not accept the size that my cell phone picture submitted, then they said the tickets were resolved and then it tells me I cannot send a new ticket for a ticket already resolved. Will never order from this company again and you shouldn’t either. No way to contact them by phone even though they have ALL of your information. Impossible to return items. Just lost hundreds of dollars. It’s funny when I sent in a review, one of their options for choosing what type of customer service you used is “By phone”? Cannot reach them by phone. Awful!!!!
