First - They put plastic corners to protect the painting during shipment - that's good. BUT, they cannot be removed from the oil painting without tearing parts of it! This is very amateur. I don't recommend shipping art from them.
Second - The shipment and and painting price appear together on the shipment paper - creating a high local payment that can be easily avoided.
