Ordered a ceiling light which looked amazing on the website. It was quite expensive and I had to pay an extra £51 in tax. When I got the light it was in bits as it had to be assembled. It looked very cheap, infact horrible!!!! Certainly not like the photo on the website.
I’ve since asked for a full refund. They keep sending me emails arguing with me that there is nothing wrong with it. The last email they offered me 30% refund. WHAT????
I’ve wasted over £200 on absolute rubbish.
Do not buy from this website. They are scammers !!!!!
