Order number 37626714 processed May 29, 2020. Allegedly shipped June 1. Never received. (granted, it's an international order in the midst of a pandemic, delays were expected). Multiple "tickets," opened and closed with promised refund (September 15, 2020) not materializing, nor promised October 15, 2020 refund. Still awaiting resolution.
Despite the good reviews and for the benefit of balance, am adding (rare for me) my experience to the pool of reviews.
