By far the WORST medical equipment supply company I have ever had to deal with. As a cancer patient I reached my insurance catastrophic cap in April and insurance now pays %100 of my bills. For some reason Lincare can't seem to get this figured out and continues to bill me. I have tried to call but no one ever answers the phone. I have called the Patient Advocate Team numerous times and they are absolutely WORTHLESS. First time I discussed my billing issues with them and was put on hold for over 5 minutes waiting for a billing rep to join us, only to have the call disconnected. Second call resulted in the patient advocate trnasfering my call to a number that rang, unanswered for over 5 minutes and disconnected. Third call no one answered after remaining on hold for 20 minutes. Do WHATEVER you must to USE ANOTHER medical equipment supply company. STAY AWAY FROM LINCARE!!!!!!!!!!
