These people are not to be trusted. First, my customer experience was terrible. They were rude and inconsiderate. Then they asked for copies of my medical records. They had my Dr. prescription, so why did they need my personal health records? They said it was required of them for Blue Cross. BCBS told me that was BS.
When they finally did supply me with a CPAP they had the settings wrong for my mask, they overcharged me and would not present a detailed bill so I could supply it to my FSA administrator. Then they told me that BCBS required I rent the equipment. I checked with BCBS and they said BS again, I could have purchased outright and they would cover it.
