My supplies arrived 9/12/24 unfortunately the climate hose was for a ResMed 11. I use a ResMed 10. The filters were wrong also. The representative said i should have told them I changes machines I have NEVER had an 11 onky a 10!!! VERY RUDE!! This person put me on hold for 10 minutes when all i needed was a return label sent to me. She then says it will be a week before they can email me the label!! I kept checking ALL my mail but email never came. Today a package came from them with the correct hose but NO filters and the added a water chamber that I didnt ask for. No return label in box either so I called today 9/24 and it was a "service" again not the office. They disconnected my call 4 times prior to a representative actually answering!! She couldn't see where any label was sent so she said it would be 7-10 more days before I would receive it. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced and very worrisome because it's a medical supply business. Don't understand how they stay in business. I switched from Alpine bc their bookkeeping is horrible and fraudulent but I don't know of any other supplier. I may just buy my own supplies on Amazon bc I waste so much time just trying to get them from Lincare.
