I would rather score them with Less than 1/4 star, to be honest. Lincare is the worst company I have ever dealt with for medical needs. I work in the healthcare industry and can not believe that Lincare is even allowed to do business in healthcare. Why was I sent to Lincare to receive my CPAP machine? I have no idea. But I do know that their billing system is corrupt and fraudulent. They are very unprofessional, rude and should be investigated by the insurance companies that they are billing. I have found more mistakes and mischarged amounts as well as receiving, and I quote, "delayed invoices due to a billing error on their end". My machine was picked up, by a male delivery driver, unannounced and with no prior contact to let me know that they were going to pick up the machine. Or that I was out of compliance with the use of the machine (never mentioned there was an expected amount of use either)
Then 6 months later I receive invoices totally $500 that they claim I owe. My deductible was already met and their billing does not match the invoices that we received earlier in the year. I am reporting this scam of a company to the CMS and BBB.
