We went into our local Lincare office to request that supplies be stopped and to remove the machine off auto pay. We were so frustrated with the company we chose to not use them (this was in March or April). We never received any more supplies, yet received a bill for $142.24 in November saying they were submitting to collection. The bill is supposedly for supplies shipped in April and May. I have spoken with Lincare customer service, CPAP dept and finally We Care where I opened a complaint. I have spent literally hours on hold only to be “disconnected”. I have sent email complaints / chat complaints- and not yet received a call back or response. I truly believe they’re robbing people. What a disgusting scam.
