First of all the company is based in Georgia and you cant talk to a real person without a half hour or more wait. Second is that are only hear for the money and dont care about customers I showed up 15 min early to pick up a C-Pap, out of respect. I waited a half hour to be seen. I just about walked out after saying hello!
The problem was they were having remote repair to the computer and had to respond to the guy working on it. I guess it takes two people to handle the task?
