I emailed Mountainwatch a rough plan/list of what I was looking for for our Queenstown trip. Emer was absolutely amazing in helping us bring our snow holiday to life. She kept in regular contact with myself and answered all my queries promptly. She went above and beyond to find all the best deals and keep our trip below budget. During our holiday there was a mix up with our accomodation and it was instantly resolved by Mountainwatch after a single phone call.
