This was our third ski trip that was organised by Mountain Watch Travel and we were very happy with the service we received. Our agent, Justine was always prompt with communication and answered all of our questions in a very friendly and timely manner. She was very professional, super organised and I would highly recommend her. We did have some issues with Jetstar cancelling flights but Justine always kept us informed and helped with finding alternatives. Thanks so much Justine you are a true asset.
