Thank you to Noelene for an amazing Hakuba experience. The planning and preparation she did beforehand to talour the experience to our needs was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and she kept trying to find a package that suited even after we changed the booking several times on her. A true asset to the company! Thanks Noelzy!! However the ground team there let us down on a couple of occasions. 1. Not having our lift passes organised and ready for us for upon arrival was a disappointment. We had to contact the office and have them brought up to the apartment on the first day, eating into precious powder shredding time on the slopes. 2. We arranged the Cortina shuttle to collect us on the last morning at the hotel specified but we unfortunately made the mistake of waiting on the hotel steps instead of the adjacent carpark so the shuttle left without us. We understand that we didn't follow the pickup instructions properly but thought the the driver would've contacted us on the mobile no. I provided to see if we were far away before it left. We had to wait another 1.45mims to catch the bus instead and had it been a powder day we would've been very upset. Our recommendation would be to have the driver check the hotel steps/foyer for people who have booked the shuttle so this doesn't happen again. It would only take a minute to walk over and check to see if people are waiting there to avoid disappointment on both ends.
