Like the customer below, I have been a long time customer. When I started out, I was a big fan and shared this company with many.
Over the years, I have unfortunately been disappointed a few times. Last time we also accidentally purchased the wrong size of two pairs of shoes on sale. I asked for a straight exchange and they refused.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt, grifted the other pairs, and reordered two pairs in the bigger size. Within a few months they were falling apart as you can see in the photos. We used these shoes as indoor shoes only.
When they came home from school, I reached out as I saw there is a warranty. We are past six months on delivery by just over two weeks and they would not honour the warranty on the pair we paid full price on. They covered only the pair I got on sale for 19.00 and was within the window. I also waited nearly a month for delivery.
These are cute shoes, but the quality seems to have gone down and customer service draws much to firm of a line to be client-centred. I wish they made long time clients feel appreciated and were more flexible when their products clearly failed.
It’s been really disappointing but we’ll be looking for an alternative despite being customers for several years and regular purchasers.
