Of the 3 pair ordered, 2 pair I would rate a #5 and the Pio boots, a #2. I did not realize they had the lower quality leather that were "crinkled and dry". I was disappointed but it was too late to return them, I needed a pair of cowboy boots for part of her Christmas present. I've never gotten anything of such quality from L&L but when looking at the pictures much closer online, I realized returning wouldn't have helped, they were like that, somewhat in the pictures-just not nearly as bad. I felt returning I might get an even worse pair. I would still order from you in the future just be more careful.
