Canopy Umbrella
Received item which was very poor quality and when we tried to put it up, it cracked, later discovered a faulty piece.
I contacted the company who gave me many excuses not to return or refund- I had it too long, had it a day when I complained!!
Finally after several emails and photos of the damaged item - weeks later the item was finally collected at their expense, initially they wanted me to return it at my expense??
Never will I purchase from this company again.
