I found an item on the Living and Home website that I needed to finish off my new bedroom decor (and the colour I wanted it in was £20-£30 cheaper than other colours advertised so an absolute bargain). However, I was very dubious about purchasing from this company due to the high volume of negative reviews on TrustPilot. My order arrived quickly but upon unpacking there was a small issue with it to which my heart sank as I then expected to get no response from Customer Services once I emailed them to report the issue. I was very pleasantly surprised. I received an almost immediate response by email, and they worked with me to resolve the issue very quickly. I was 100% satisfied with the outcome and very impressed with the Customer Service provided by Living and Home. My experience with them was excellent. Thank you!
