The five stars awarded are for first class customer service. Sadly the item I purchased was damaged. This wasn’t known until a couple of weeks after it had been delivered, due to work constraints and me not opening the item. I contacted customer services via the online form, someone (an actual human!) had responded within 20 minutes. After a painless exchange of emails with a couple of pictures of the damaged item, Living and Home offered me either a replacement or full refund. We intend on purchasing something again from Living and home, you can tell the item is of good quality, just sadly when delivered the item we purchased was broken. Honestly great and hassle free customer service. Would recommend and will be back shortly to purchase another item! Thanks Living and Home.
