I ordered my 13kW bullet heater on the Monday. The price was the best value I could find online, made even better with the offer in of a free Patio Heater Ceiling Hanging Lamp 500/1000/1500W and free delivery- how could I refuse?! I did not receive confirmation of dispatch, and my free ceiling patio heater arrived on the Wednesday. I was confused as the entire order appeared to have been dispatched under the same tracking number. On checking with Living and Hime via email, they confirmed the bullet heater would be arriving shortly. I did receive an email from The courier on Saturday morning and sure enough, it arrived within the time scale of which I was notified. During unpacking I noticed there were some nuts and bolts missing when compared to the contents outlined in the manual. After a string of emails and no seemingly no further forward after 5 days, I went out and purchased the missing components from my local Screwfix. Eventually, I did receive a response from Living and Home who promised to assist and the matter was eventually resolved. On balance, I’m delighted with my bullet heater and content with the service I have received.
