Ordered a table and chairs for the garden. Received a confirmation email saying someone would be in touch about delivery. With no notice, delivery was attempted but I wasn't in. Tried three times to contact the delivery company but no response. Then received a message at 9.07am on a Sunday morning, saying delivery would be between 9-11 that day, no notice given and again I wasnt available. Contacted Living and Home whose answer the day after was 'we'll deliver it today'. Just can't grasp the concept of giving prior notice for people who work full time, to allow plans to be made to ensure someone is in. Still waiting to hear back re cancelling the order and getting a full refund. Not impressed at all with the service.. I can't comment on the product as I've never received it
