I purchased a "Living and Home 6 Lights Modern Circular LED Light Adjusted Semi Flush Ceiling Light for Nordic Decor," expecting it to be a high-quality product, especially since it was sold through a reputable retailer like B&Q. However, the light stopped working after just 16 months—far sooner than I would expect for a ceiling light that cost £75. When I contacted customer service, both the seller and B&Q refused to take any responsibility, hiding behind a minimal warranty that clearly reflects how little confidence they have in their products’ quality. Despite several attempts to resolve this issue, the customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. They made it abundantly clear they don't care about their customers once a sale is made. If I could leave no stars, I would! This company clearly prioritises short-term profit over customer satisfaction and product longevity. Their products are not made to last, and if you experience an issue, don’t expect any support or resolution. Based on my experience, I strongly urge others to avoid this company and their products.
