Ordered a floor lamp via Debenhams online in January - the lamp was faulty - emailed Debenhams they wanted video of issue (!) which was the lamp was wobbling as the middle pole did not support it - Debenhams contacted Living and Home and they asked if I could try another socket (irrelevant) or try tightening the bolts in the base of the light - bit difficult as the base is moulded together and I do not work for Living and Home! Long story short BooHoo owns Debenhams - got in touch with the CEO - he sent my complaint to Customer Service and since then at least 30 emails back and forth and still no sign of a refund. Do yourself a favour and do not order from Boohoo, Debenhams or Living and Home AVOID
