This is possibly the most disorganized and frustrating company I have ever dealt with. When I placed my order, they said it would arrive in 6 weeks. They missed that window, and then kept saying it was 3-4 weeks away. We are now at the 4 month mark, and they just told me it should arrive in 8 weeks. Its literally farther away than when I started! If they had been honest up front, or at any time during the process, I would have just cancelled. But now we have not had a dining room for 4 months and somehow they say it will take 2 months to ship us the product (which for the record, they confirm they have in their possession). I have never encountered a company with a more disorganized and inefficient supply chain. I would STRONGLY advise against buying from them if you need your product in the next half a year. We will have to wait at least that long apparently. And their compensation was a gift card at less than 3% of our order price, which honestly just felt like a slap in the face...
