“I am one not to write negative reviews but with Living Spaces, I cannot help but to let consumers know that it is the worst run company I have ever had to encounter. I would strongly advise you not to make the same mistake I made and ignore all the other reviews. There are many more furniture stores in the area and I will be taking my business to one of them. To sum it up, I bought a living room set that was in stock and was to be delivered a week from the the day I bought it. Come to find out that all the pieces were sold to another customer,”
“Living Spaces sold me a warranty under false pretenses and now they refuse to rectify it. They do not care about their customers and the hard-earned money we spend; they only care about finding ways to get more money out of us. If you're considering buying furniture here... DO NOT PURCHASE THE 5-YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY. It is a ploy to get more money out of you. They will lie to you and say that you can use it for anything at anytime, when you in fact cannot. They will tell you that you will get a refund, but that is a lie too. They will give you store credit that you will have to match to use. Then when you realize you've been lied to and complain about it, they brush you off because the transaction was 5 years ago, but I can't get my money back until the warranty is up so what sense does that make! They will continue to lie to you about having someone call you back and will ignore any efforts to resolve the matter. All I want is my warranty money back for being cheated and lied to, which is a small portion in comparison to what I spent for the furniture. 5 years later, I don't think that's too much to ask to feel like I'm being treated somewhat fairly after the dishonesty I've experienced. If they did this to me, I can only imagine how many others they've cheated and how much richer they are because of it. I will never shop here again, and I will discourage anyone I know from going here because of how little they value their customers.”

“If you are looking for honesty from a company don’t shop here. I have waited over a month for my furniture. I was told the delivery date was 2/11/24. No one called to schedule so I called them. I was told my furniture had arrived that day. I asked to have it delivered and was told it has to be inspected but someone would be texting to set up the delivery. No one called. I called 5 days later and now being told my furniture did not arrive and they cannot give me a date. They tell you they are going to “escalate” your complaint but no one calls from the “expedited” office”

“A non-honest and deceiving sales team.
They encouraged me to buy the protection plan and told me the money will be refunded to me after 5 years if I do not use the plan. Now after the five years completed and did not use the plan, I requested the refund however they offered me only a store credit which I can not use since I have left the state.
Also, the customer service were not helpful at all and claimed the associate person is not working any more with them and there is no any other options available.
Will never recommend Living Spaces”
“I’ll cut to the chase, avoid this company! I will for the rest of my life. We were in the process of building a house and naturally you have to order fixtures in advance and then coordinate the installation of those with several subcontractors. When we realized that the lights we bought ($150 each x4) we’re not going to work I reached out to the company and they said because we were outside of the 7 day return policy there was nothing they could do. 7 days!!! This is 2022. We are on the tail end of a pandemic. Tell me what other company on the planet has a seven day return policy. The organization clearly has no desire to compete against very reputable companies. I spoke to one sales representative and then a manager. They had no desire to do anything to help me nor acknowledge any understanding but was advised I should have read the return policy. Good grief. Get with the program Living Spaces, otherwise you won’t be around very long. You sure won’t see another dollar of mine.”
“Terribly slow to receive bef (almost 3months.) Didn’t send hardware needed to assemble bed and had to go buy it at Lowe’s
CS couldn’t help me when my bed wasn’t being delivered as promised. Had to end up getting a truck and trailer to get the bed myself.
Do not use this company to buy furniture.”
“This is possibly the most disorganized and frustrating company I have ever dealt with. When I placed my order, they said it would arrive in 6 weeks. They missed that window, and then kept saying it was 3-4 weeks away. We are now at the 4 month mark, and they just told me it should arrive in 8 weeks. Its literally farther away than when I started! If they had been honest up front, or at any time during the process, I would have just cancelled. But now we have not had a dining room for 4 months and somehow they say it will take 2 months to ship us the product (which for the record, they confirm they have in their possession).
I have never encountered a company with a more disorganized and inefficient supply chain. I would STRONGLY advise against buying from them if you need your product in the next half a year. We will have to wait at least that long apparently. And their compensation was a gift card at less than 3% of our order price, which honestly just felt like a slap in the face...”
“It may be due to Covid, but when you constantly lie about what’s happening with orders rather than be upfront and honest, you’re practicing bad business habits and losing business. The products are good. Customer service also good. But i was told 7-8 weeks for a couch, then after the 8th week, i was told 8-10 weeks, then after the 10th week I called and was told a manager would contact me regarding my couch. No manager contacted me. Then i was told 11-12 weeks, after the 11th week i became fed up and called. They told me they sent me an email about when my item was expected to ship which wasnt the case. Then told me it would ship sometime after the 13th week....i was expecting the couch to arrive before thanksgiving considering I ordered it beginning of September and was told 7-8 weeks initially. So you can imagine how i felt when family and friends came over for thanksgiving and there was no couch for them to sit on. Highly dissatisfied and probably will never order from living spaces again. Still haven’t received the couch yet.”
“The products are great and the salespeople are nice. They obviously have a pretty aggressive sales training which is a little annoying. I want to look around without being approached so often. But they are friendly and I still go to the store.”
