If you are looking for honesty from a company don’t shop here. I have waited over a month for my furniture. I was told the delivery date was 2/11/24. No one called to schedule so I called them. I was told my furniture had arrived that day. I asked to have it delivered and was told it has to be inspected but someone would be texting to set up the delivery. No one called. I called 5 days later and now being told my furniture did not arrive and they cannot give me a date. They tell you they are going to “escalate” your complaint but no one calls from the “expedited” office
