Being new to the private money world, I decided to give Loan Guys a shot. They were able to help me get my second investment property and were able to work with me without the hassle of going through a conventional bank. I am very happy with the customer service and how easy their process is to get your loan funded. We closed before the contract date and my loan officer, Benjamin, was able to beat the quote I got from a different private money lender. Will definitely do more business with them in the future!
